I just spoke with Bruce Barker and he indicated you can include the 1/5/10 Planning Commission and 1/20/10
Commissioner hearing dates in the same notice. Please forward a copy of the notice to me so I can distribute
internally among appropriate departmental staff and take care of the required postings. In addition to
publication in any of the local papers in the vicinity of Beebe Draw Farms,please also submit the notice to the
current legal paper for Weld County—The Windsor Beacon. The contact person is Echo Villa, her e-mail is
chovilla@windsorbeacon.com. The submittal deadline is Tuesday, by 3:00 p.m., for publication on Thursday.

I am the paralegal working on Beebe Draw Farms with Kristin and I wanted to touch base regarding the
upcoming planning commission and BOCC hearings. Per statute, notice of the BOCC hearing is required to be
published in a newspaper at least 20 days prior to the hearing. I am more than happy to handle that publication
and notice, but wanted to make sure that efforts are not being duplicated. Please let me know how you would
ate toproceed.
ii addition, is there any County requirement that notice be published, posted, or mailed for the planning
commission hearing scheduled for January 5th? With the holidays approaching, I want to make sure we plan

Dear Mr. Woodruff Ms. Weimer:
In connection with the upcoming public hearings of the Weld County Planning Commission and the Weld County Board of
County Commissioners regarding approval of an Amended and Restated Consolidated Service Plan for the captioned
districts, we are requesting the following information:
Pursuant to Section 32-1-204(1), C.R.S., please prepare and provide a list of all municipalities and special districts which
have levied an ad valorem tax within the next preceding tax year and which have boundaries within a three mile radius of
Beebe Draw Farms Metropolitan District Nos. 1 and 2.
Pursuant to Section 32-1-204(1.5), C.R.S., please also prepare and provide a list of all property owners within the
boundaries of Beebe Draw Farms Metropolitan District Nos. 1 and 2.
With the Holidays approaching, we would appreciate receiving the lists at your earliest convenience, but no later than by
Wednesday, December 16, 2009.
Please let me know if you need legal descriptions and maps for the districts.
