They built these groups of houses and sold them at inflated values (not what market conditions would allow.) The investors or builder then apparently took large sums of money out of the unsupported equity. Almost all of these houses have gone back to the bank and resold as a foreclosure or are currently sitting unfinished. The values for these homes should have been in the mid to high 200 range when built but the majority of them would of not sold because the market in Greeley did not really support mid to high 200 range patio homes.
