RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER SEAN P. CONWAY TO CERTAIN
ADVISORY BOARDS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Commissioner Sean P. Conway has been assigned to Coordinate the
Department of Health Services, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Commissioner Conway be appointed to
represent the Board of County Commissioners on the following boards:
Island Grove Park Advisory Board
North Colorado Medical Center Board of Trustees (ex-officio member)
E-470 Public Highway Authority (regular member)
Greeley-Weld County Airport Authority (Term to expire December 31, 2012)
North Front Range Water Quality Board (alternate member)
Pre-Trial Services Advisory Board (alternate member)
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Commissioner Conway to said boards,
with his term on each board to expire December 31, 2010, except as noted above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Commissioner Sean P. Conway be, and hereby is, appointed to the above
listed boards, with his term on each board to expire December 31, 2010, except as noted above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 4th day of January, A.D., 2010.
