Gentlemen:
In accordance with the provisions of Colorado Revised Statutes ,
1973, 38-26-107 , the undersigned on behalf of North American
Philips Communications Corp. (a Delaware corporation) hereby
advises the Board that it has furnished various communications
equipment and supplies to Interconnect Communications Systems ,
Ltd. for incorporation into the Weld County Health Department
Building located at 1516 Hospital Road , Greeley, Colorado 80631.
North American Philips Communications Corp. is informed and believes
that the contract for the installation of the communications
system in the new Weld County Health Department Building at 1516
Hospital Road, Greeley, Colorado was awarded to Interconnect
Communications Systems, a Colorado corporation, sometimes known
as ICS.
The total purchase price for the materials and supplies furnished
by North American Philips Communications Corp. to Interconnect
Communications Systems for incorporation into the communications
system in the new Weld County Health Department building at 1516
Hospital Road, Greeley, Colorado was $13 ,640. 57. No payments have
been made by Interconnect Communications Systems for any part of
the merchandise or materials furnished to Interconnect Communications
Systems, Ltd. by North American Philips Communications Corp.
Demand is hereby made that the Board of County Commissioners with-
hold from any payment to be made to Interconnect Communications
Systems , Ltd. , sufficient funds to insure the payment of the claim
of North American Philips Communications Corp. in the amount of
$13 ,640. 57.
