Re: County Conservation Trust Fund
Dear Commissioners:
The Town of Milliken would like to request $5000.00 from the
County Conservation Trust Fund.
The town has three (3) projects in mind for this money and they
are as follows:
1. Relining of the ditch in Lola Park since the cement is
cracking.
2. Construction of a tennis court in Lola Park. There is
an area set aside for this purpose.
3. The purchase of new furniture E. equipment for the parks,
such as picnic tables, benches, and swings. The ones
we have mow are in need of replacement.
Total estimated cost of this project is $6119.74, with $1119.74
coming from the State Conservation Trust Fund. Any help you can
give us on this would be very much needed and appreciated.
The Town of Milliken would supply the manpower needed for these
projects if possible. Thank you.
