Colorado State Land Board Sent via Certified Mail/Return Receipt
North Central Division #7009 3410 0001 0453 0070
Attn: Matthew Pollart
360 Oak Avenue, Suite 110
Eaton, CO 80615
Dear Mr. Pollart:
This letter is to notify all property owners using the County section line access that we
are requesting an access for proposed oil/gas drilling operations located on WCR 128
between WCR 37 through WCR 43, 3 +/- miles of section line access.
The reason for this notification is that it will add oil/gas traffic sharing the current
section line access road, and the Weld County Public Works Department requires that
all landowners be notified.
Please acknowledge that you have been notified of the oil/gas operation use by signing
and returning this letter. I have included a self-addressed, stamped envelope for your
convenience. Your signature on the certified mail receipt will also acknowledge
notification.
Sincerely,

Hi Kalen, I don't know if Don Carroll has communicated with you that these agreements will be
considered in Wednesday's board meeting, October 13, 2010, at 9:00 a.m., but I thought I would just
make sure. Don attached an email you had sent him which indicated Terry Hoffman would like to attend
the meeting, with the materials he submitted. Please let me know if you have any questions.
