We represent Sam Stehle and submit this Notice of Claim pursuant to C.R.S. §
24-10-109 on his behalf. We believe a notice of claim was previously made by Mr.
Stehle to Weld County. However, we are resubmitting it to the extent it could be
construed otherwise. Please contact me immediately if there is any problem in your
receipt and acceptance of this Notice of Claim. Thank you.

("Property").
STATEMENT OF FACTUAL BASIS FOR CLAIM : Mr. Stehle's Property is being
damaged by water draining on and to it from adjacent property and roads owned,
controlled, and/or subject to the jurisdiction of the Weld County. The water is damaging
Mr. Stehle's house and other improvements on his Property and is severely limiting his
use and enjoyment of the Property. The water is also damaging Mr. Stehle's well and the
water supply to his home. Mr. Stehle only recently learned the water could be coming
from possible sources off of his property and believes Weld County may be responsible.
Mr. Stehle is further investigating this.
