LETTER OF INVITATION
On Monday, April 4, 2977 beginning at 8:45 AM at the Fort Collins
Holiday Inn, the Cities of Greeley, Loveland and Fort Collins will
conduct a Water Conservation Seminar. At the urging of the three
City Councils, we as City Administrators are developing water
conservation programs for our respective city 's. In an effort to
coordinate and hopefully unify conservation programs the above
announced seminar has been programmed for City Officials, Water
Boards, Water Department Employees and others.
You see from the attached draft of the program that the morning
portion provides an update of the current drought and water situation
followed by experts in the field of outside and inside water usage.
The afternoon will be devoted to an exchange of city water informa-
tion and discussion to lay a foundation for a unified conservation
• program.
You are urged to participate with us in this seminar.
