Development Standard #14 of this draft resolution was changed during the Planning Commission
meeting, but did not get changed in this draft site specific development plan. It is
supposed to read:
This use proposes a well as its source of water, for domestic use only. The applicant shall
•e made aware that groundwater may not meet all drinking water standards, as defined by the
Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. The applicant is encouraged to test the
