RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Bill Hall be reappointed as the District 1
representative, that Nicholas Berryman be reappointed as the District 4 representative, and that
Robert Grand be reappointed as the District 6 representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Bill Hall, Nicholas Berryman, and
Robert Grand to said board, with terms to expire July 31, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Bill Hall, Nicholas Berryman, and Robert Grand be, and hereby are,
reappointed to the Planning Commission, with terms to expire July 31, 2013.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 28th day of July, A.D., 2010.
