Becky Holloway has submitted information to resolve Conditions for USR-1447.
Condition 11. Washing of Vehicles on site. The Holloways do not plan to wash vehicles on site. They send their
Trucks to Randy's Grill, Truck Wash & Chrome Shop. This conditon is resolved and can be removed.
Condition 1J. Fuel Tank Requirement The Holloways are removing the 2000 gallon fuel tank and replacing it with
2 500 gallon tanks. The Above Ground Storage Permit requirement are for tanks larger that 660 gallons each.
They are not required to be permitted. They plan to have a cement tank container for each tanks. The condition
is resolved and can be removed.
Conditon 1K Floor Drain. The shop does not have a floor drain. This condition is not relevent and can be
removed.
Condition 1L Septic System The Holloways are planning on building a shop/office with bathrooms
before winter. The Holloway home is available and has been reviewed by an engineer which found that it is
suitable for 6 persons. At this time 3 persons are using the home facilities. The Holloways said that the Truckers
rarely use their bathrooms because they have restrooms at the locations they are working at. I suggested Port a
Pots in the interom between now and final completion of the building. The Port a Pots are only for Temporary use
for 6 months only. It is my understanding that the building should completed in this time. If not, Becky will contact
me to let me know how much more time they will need. This condition is resolved and can be removed.
Condition 1M Manure & Stormwater Plan Information has been submitted is approved and can be removed.
Condition 1N Waste Handling Plan Information has been submitted is approved and can be removed.
