RE: RESCIND RESOLUTION DATED FEBRUARY 27 , 1978 APPOINTING LT. BILL
HOOD AS COORDINATOR FOR THE FORT LUPTON SERVICE CENTER BUILDING.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on February 27, 1978, the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado adopted a Resolution appointing
Lt. Bill Hood as coordinator for the Fort Lupton Service Center
Building, and
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of said Board that a
new coordinator needs to be appointed due to the resignation of
Lt. Bill Hood, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to rescind said Resolu-
tion of February 27 , 1978.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the resolution dated
February 27, 1978 appointing Lt. Bill Hood as the coordinator
for the Fort Lupton Service Center Building be, and hereby is,
rescinded.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of
February, A.D. , 1979.
