This is in response to Anne Johnson of Todd Hodges Design email and fax documentation
requesting that they have met the conditions 2G, Condition of Approval.
In referring to the letter dated November 15, 2006, the following items have not been received
an approved CDOT access permit. I have asked to have placed on the plat drawing the area
that would be identified for bulk storage. In the most recent colored plat drawing dated August
14, 2006, this area is not identified.
Since these two items have been resubmitted for review and approval, I am agreeable that the
applicant has met the requirements for 2G.

Condition 1B Septic System Eng Eval The Sepic system has been evaluated by an Engineer. The Engineer
Eval was reviewed by the Environmental Health Services and has been approved for 10 employees. This
condition has been met.
All Health related conditions prior to recording the plat have been met.

Prior to Recording the Plat 2A
Our Dust Abatement Plan for USR-1576 is as follows: The front access/intemal road and parking
areas shall be surfaced in recycled asphalt. The rear parking area and access to such area is for
employees and will be surfaced asphalt. The storage area will be surfaced in recycled asphalt or
better. The gravel areas and the storage area will be sprayed if needed to control dust.
Can you please approve this Dust Abatement Plan and respond to me in an email at your
convenience? Please don't hesitate to call if you need further information.
