Subject: Northern Colorado Disposal (USR-1670): Silt Fence Maintenance on 59th Avenue
Don,
I noticed that the silt fence along 59th Avenue is partially down and should be reestablished
in order to control any off-site discharges. The silt fence, and all other BMP's, should
remain in place and functional until the vegetation has become established.
