The existing leased road shall be graded and drained to provide for all-weather access and the access drive and circulation pattern within the fenced area shall be surfaced with gravel or the equivalent. There will be no waste to be disposed of. As discussed, there will be no need for a Private Improvements Agreement and all the work has been done and completed. Thanks Don for your help. The Mylar will be submitted when I return from vacation April 12th. In addition to the corrections on the plat please note that the following two conditions still need to be addressed before the plat can be recorded: The applicant shall address the requirements (concerns) of Weld County Department of Public Works, as stated in the referral response dated 10/15/09. Evidence of such shall be submitted in writing to the Weld County Department of Planning Services. The applicant shall enter into a Private Improvements Agreement according to policy regarding collateral for improvements and post adequate collateral for all transportation (access drive, parking areas, etcetera) and non- transportation (fencing, screening, signage etcetera). The agreement and form of collateral shall be reviewed by County Staff and accepted by the Board of County Commissioners prior to recording the USR plat. Or the applicant may submit evidence that all the work has been completed and reviewed by the Department of Planning Services and the Department of Public Work. I recommend you talk to Don Carroll at the Department of Public Works at 970-304-6496 x 3750 if you have any questions regarding the two outstanding conditions.
