RE: APPROVAL OF VACATION AND REPLAT OF LOTS 6 THROUGH 16 AND
LOTS 32 THROUGH 48 OF LINDALE SUBDIVISION, BEING A PART
OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 10 , TOWNSHIP 5 NORTH,
RANGE 65 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. , WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on the 13th day of June, 1977 , a public hearing
was held before the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, upon the application of Ramon Moore on his application
for a replat of the above-described lots 6 through 16 and Lots
32 through 48, all being in Lindale Subdivision, a subdivision of
a portion of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 10 , Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. ,
Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the
testimony and statements of those present, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners has studied the
request and the recommendations of the Weld County Planning
Commission, as submitted, and having been fully informed and
satisfied that the submitted application for a replat of the
aforementioned lots 6 through 16 and Lots 32 through 48, conforms
in all respects with the requirements of the Weld County Sub-
division Regulations, and that the approval of said replat of
said Lots 6 through 16 and Lots 32 through 48 , Lindale Subdivision,
all in a portion of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
of Section 10, Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. ,
Weld County, Colorado, would be in the best interest of Weld
County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the replat of Lots 6
through 16 and Lots 32 through 48, Lindale Subdivision , all in
a portion of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 10 , Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. ,
Weld County, Colorado, be and hereby is approved.

The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 13th day of

are not being changed,
C. Street locations and street rights—of—way are not being
changed, and
D. The plat is not being altered in any way which will adversely
affect the character of the plat filed.
2, The Weld County Utilities Advisory Board on June 2, 1977 recommended
approval of this replat.
