RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING CORONER/MEDICAL EXAMINER AGREEMENT
- COLORADO PATHOLOGY ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Coroner/Medical Examiner
Agreement, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 5th day of May, 2010, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to May 19, 2010, to allow adequate
time for the agreement to be modified, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to May 19,
2010, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 5th day of May, A.D., 2010.
