It states that the applicants shall attempt to address the requirements of Weld County Sheriffs Office as stated in the referral response received March 16, 2001 and that evidence of such shall be submitted in writing to the Weld County Department of Planning Services. The referral response from the Weld County Sheriffs Office stated that the only contingency to the approval of this permit is that the applicants must post their address permanently at the point of access and that it be easily visible during darkness.
