RE: USR 1325
This letter is in response to section 2,part E, page 3 of the resolution for USR
#1325. It states that the applicants shall attempt to address the requirements of Weld
County Sheriffs Office as stated in the referral response received March 16, 2001 and
that evidence of such shall be submitted in writing to the Weld County Department of
Planning Services. The referral response from the Weld County Sheriffs Office stated
that the only contingency to the approval of this permit is that the applicants must post
their address permanently at the point of access and that it be easily visible during
darkness.
As no address has yet been issued for the area in question, I am writing to state
that it is my intention to post said address at the time it is known to me at the point of
access and in reflective numbers so that it will be visible during darkness to fulfill the
contingency set forth by the Weld County Sheriffs Office.

Dedication and construction of one new residential dwelling on Weld County Road 49 ' ,
Kersey, CO, which is within the boundaries of Weld County School District RE-7.
We are in receipt of his fees of$750.00 number 8009.
