WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, are vested with the authority of managing the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of Cooperative Educational Services of Weld County, Colorado, has requested permission to use the Weld County repeater which is part of the Weld County communications system for communication service to a maximum of six buses: operated by the BOCES unit. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the BOCES unit of Weld County, Colorado, with offices at La Salle, Colorado, be and hereby are given permission to use the Weld County communica- tion system for service to a maximum of six buses operated by said BOCES unit, provided that, this agreement shall be reviewed if it later becomes apparent that the use of the Weld County communication system by the BOCES unit of Weld County, Colorado, becomes a burden on the Weld County communication system, and, the BOCES unit of Weld County, Colorado, is directed to abide by all F.C.C. regulations and policies of the Advisory Board. The above and foregoing Resolutions was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on this 30th day of August , A. D. , 1976. A sixth member is an attorney from the District Attorney's Office. The Board is designed to always be composed of a majority of members who are law enforcement department heads. When it deems necessary, this Advisory Board, by majority vote, may request the Board of Weld County Commissioners to take positive action concerning any communication center personnel. It is the Board of Weld County Commissioners hope that the Advisory Board meets the requirements of the Colorado Criminal Information Center Advisory Board and that the CCIC Board will grant a terminal to the Weld County Communications Center for use by the 18 law enforcement agencies in Weld County.
