RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF ERIC WHITWOOD TO 150TH ANNIVERSARY
COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the 150th Anniversary Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Eric Whitwood be appointed to said
committee, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Eric Whitwood to said committee,with
a term to expire December 30, 2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Eric Whitwood be, and hereby is, appointed to the 150th Anniversary
Committee, with a term to expire December 30, 2011.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 5th day of April, A.D., 2010.
