RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF PUBLIC HEALTH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Public Health, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Kenneth Andrews be appointed to said board as
the District 3 representative, to replace Keith Riggs, that Eric Whitwood be reappointed as the
District 1 representative, and that Linda Kautz be reappointed as an At-Large representative, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Kenneth Andrews and to reappoint Eric
Whitwood and Linda Kautz to said board, all with terms to expire May 23, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Kenneth Andrews be, and hereby is, appointed to the Board of Public Health,
and that Eric Whitwood and Linda Kautz be, and hereby are, reappointed to said board, all with
terms to expire May 23, 2013.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 7th day of June, A.D., 2010.
