This improvement to the haul route was part of the "Overlay Project of WCR's 18 and 59", completed in 2009 by Waste Management and A-1 Organics, as part of their obligations related to each of their associated Road Improvement and Maintenance Agreements. Weld County Public Works Department performed a site inspection, at the above mentioned site, and observed the following: • All Public Works related items on Exhibit A, of the Road Improvement and Maintenance Agreement(Document# 931303), have been completed and are found to be acceptable.
