WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 4-3 (A) (3) of the Weld
County Home Rule Charter, the Board of Public Health shall
consist of nine (9) members, six to be appointed from geo-
graphic districts as established by the Board of County
Commissioners in Resolution dated February 18 , 1976, and
three (3) to be appointed from the county at large, and
WHEREAS, the Board, after much research and de-
liberation, has determined it to be in the best interests
of the county to appoint representatives to the Board of
Public Health as follows, to-wit:
District Representative Expiration of Term
1 Catherine Benson, Ault 1977
3 Clarence Sitzman, Greeley 1976
6 William Blick, Roggen 1980
At Large Ralph Aab, Greeley 1978
At Large Dr. David Werking, Greeley 1979
and
WHEREAS , said terms of representatives shall expire
on May 23rd of the year specified.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that the representatives
hereinabove mentioned be, and they hereby are appointed to
serve on the Board of Public Health for the term so stated; and
that they shall serve at the pleasure of the Board.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote this
26th day of April, A. D. , 1976.
