REVIEW(USR) QUESTIONAIRE
1. We own a Feed Distribution business. We bring feed in on semi trucks and unload and
store the feed in our metal building. When we get orders for the feed, we deliver it to
various locations around the state. Occasionally we will have a customer pick-up a load.
2. Our business will be consistent with the Weld County Code, Chapter 22 of the
Comprehensive plan. We are running an Ag based feed business that is consistent with
our Ag community.
3. Our business will be consistent with the Weld County Code, Chapter 23. Our
property is zoned agriculture and we are running an Ag based feed business. Our
business will be in compliance with noise, air, water and lighting codes. There will be no
Hazardous Materials on the property.
4. We are surrounded by Agriculture land. We are running an Ag Feed business which is
Compatible with the surrounding land uses.

h. We use a well for both domestic and irrigation water.
i. We have a septic system on the property.
j. We store pallets with 40, 50 lb. bags of feed on them.

10. We do not have much waste but what we do have goes in the dumpster. Only
Plastic wrap,cardboard sheets and empty feed bags. There will be no Hazardous
Waste on our site.
