Upon a follow-up inspection, the Compliance Officer has determined that the following cases are no longer in
violation and recommends they be closed.

The Department of Planning Services staff has scheduled the following violations to be considered at the
September 14, 2010 hearing beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Department of Planning Services staff is
requesting that the Board review the individual cases and determine whether or not to authorize legal action
to remedy the violations.
Weld County Building Violation Cases:
BCV10-00039 Osmar E Paez (Peggy Gregory)
Chapter 29, Sections 29-3-10 and 29-8-40 of the Weld County Code
A permit application and all applicable documentation shall be submitted for the deck, fees paid, the permit
issued, and all inspections completed.
BCV10-00103 Donald Jr and Margaret larussi (Peggy Gregory)
Chapter 29, Sections 29-3-10 and 29-8-40 of the Weld County Code
A permit application and all applicable documentation shall be submitted for 2-story addition to the existing
dwellings, fees paid, the permit issued, and all inspections completed.

A permit application and all applicable documentation shall be submitted to complete inspections on the
repairs to the rafters and roof deck on the existing dwelling due to fire damage, fees paid, the permit issued,
and all inspections completed.

Chapter 29, Sections 29-3-10, 29-5-10 and 29-11-20 of the Weld County Code
Per application shall be submitted for al utilities installed without permits and any structures determined to be
allowed on the property per Weld County Code.

The Derelict Mobile Homes shall be removed from the property.
The number of semi trailers shall be reduced to not exceed 2 (two) or a Use by Special Review shall be
completed and submitted to the Department of Planning Services.

Chapter 29, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-20.A, 23-3-30 and 23-3-30.F and Chapter 23,

ZPMH-2363 shall be re-justified or the mobile home shall be removed from the property.
