WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of
the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado,
that the County Council is desirous of establishing an of-
fice, and
WHEREAS, at the present time office space is avail-
able in County Building #16 (Old Driver ' s License Building)
at Island Grove Park, Greeley, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, furnishings and equipment must be ob-
tained for said office and the County Council was budgeted
$2500 for the year 1976 , a portion of which could be expended
for the purchase of the necessary items, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best
interests of the County to allow the County Council the use
of County Building #16 and to expend the amount needed for
furnishings and equipment, not to exceed the budgetary allot-
ment.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of
County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that approval
is hereby given for the County Council to utilize County Build-
ing #16 as its office.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Mr. Barton Buss, County
Finance Officer of Weld County, Colorado, be, and he hereby is
directed to purchase necessary items for the office of the Coun-
ty Council and to charge costs for same to the County Council
Account.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote this
2nd day of February, 1976 .
