COLORADO
The Public Works Department recommends rejecting the low bid from Bobcat of the Rockies for not
meeting specs and awarding the bid to the second lowest bidder, Ditch Witch of the Rockies.
Option 1 (9" Turf Track) is included in the base price and Option 2 (hard copies of manuals) is also
included in the base price of $22,218.00. There is a price difference of $8,230.08 between the two
bids.
There is $20,000 budgeted for this purchase. If you have any questions, please call me at extension
