Mr. Ogle,
I have visited the storage facility located at 6840 WCR 87, Roggen,CO 80652, legally known as Part of
the NW4 of Section 8,T1N, R61 W of the 6th P.M.,Weld County, Colorado. In my opinion the width and
weight capacity of the access lane from County Road 87 to the storage facility are adequate for the
requirements of emergency responders. The internal driveway and parking area meets or exceeds the
requirements of emergency responders.
