WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado, at a public meeting held on the 19th day of September, 1977 , in the Chambers of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that a certain parcel of land, being the property of Davis Farms, Inc. , Frank S . Davis , President and Don R. Vornholt, Secretary, located in Part of the SEn of Section 20 , Township 6 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: The East Half (E') of the Southeast Quarter (SEQ) of Section 20, Township 6 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado and a tract of land located in the West Half (W;) of the Southeast Quarter (SE;) of Section 20, Township 6 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , particularly described as follows: to-wit: Beginning at the Northeast Corner of the West Half (W1/2) of the Southeast Quarter (SEa) of said Section 20, Thence South 278 feet along the East line of the W1 of the SEh of said Section 20; Thence North 39°31' West, 432.5 feet to a point on the north line of the Wiz of the SEA of said Section 20; Thence South 78°36' East, 281 feet, more or less, along said north line to the place of the beginning. Said described parcel of land contains 63.197 acres, more or less, including a strip of ground 30 feet in width along the South line of said described parcel of land reserved for County Road ROW purposes and is subject to any rights-of-way or other easements as recorded by instruments of record or as now existing on said described parcel of land. does not come within the purview of the definition of the terms, "subdivision" and "subdivided land" , pursuant to its authority under Section 30-28-101 (10) (d) , CRS 1973 , as amended, and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, finds that this particular division of land is not within the purposes of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations and the Board desires to exempt this particular division of land from the definition of"subdivision" and "subdivided land" pur- suant to its authority under Section 30-28-101 (10) (d) , CRS 1973 , as amended, and Section 2-1A (3) of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations .
