RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER WILLIAM F.GARCIA TO GREELEY-
WELD COUNTY AIRPORT AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Commissioner William F. Garcia be reappointed
to represent the Board of County Commissioners on the Greeley-Weld County Airport Authority
Board, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Commissioner William F. Garcia to
said board, with his term to expire December 31, 2014.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Commissioner William F. Garcia be, and hereby is, reappointed to the
Greeley-Weld County Airport Authority Board, with his term to expire December 31, 2014.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 29th day of December, A.D., 2010.
