The Group Real Estate provided us with the attached listing for a commercial property on 128 N. 6f" Street, Unit B, C & D in Windsor, CO. Note: units at 128 N 6t" Street are exactly the same square footage. All three units were open with no interior walls. Unit C sold 12/15/03 for$160,000 UnitD sold 12/12/03 for$158,400 Unit B sold 12/28/07 for$160,000 (same price as 4 years earlier.)
