KNOUT ALL MeN By THESE PRESP•,NTS,that I James C.Scott ,of Weld County,68dy
Colorado,do hereby dedicate and grant to Public Use the right of way
for a public highway, twenty feet wide off the North side of the SouthM* -
East quarter of Section Thirty (30 ) in Township Five (5) North of
Range Sixty-five (65) West of the Sixth Principal Neridian,to be used
only for a public highway,and when the same shall cease to be used
as such public highway,then this grant shall revert to the grantor
his heirs and assigns.
