Todd has offered a tract of land to Weld County, Colorado, being more particularly described as follows: A tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of Section 32, Township 6 North, Range 65 West of the 6th Principal Meridian in Weld County, Colorado, more specifically described as follows: Beginning at the center of said Section 32 and considering the East line of said Southwest Quarter (SWs) to bear South 00°13 ' 20" West with all other bearings used herein relative thereto: Thence South 00°13 ' 20" West 664.70 feet; Thence North 83°32 ' 24" East 464. 29 feet to the True Point of Beginning on the Northeasterly right- of way line of the new county road; Thence North 58°15' 57" West 127 . 96 feet; Thence South 03°03 '14" West 55. 67 feet; Thence South 83°32' 24" East 105. 01 feet to the True Point of Beginning. The above described tract contains 0. 072 acre, and consists of a triangular tract of right-of-way of the new county road as it exists and shown on Re- corded map or plat as Tract #8 . and, WHEREAS, this parcel could be of beneficial use to District #1 of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board feels it to be in the best interests of the County to accept said parcel of land. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that it does hereby accept said parcel of land described above from John C. Todd. The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote this 24th day of December, 1975.
