Subject: Ranch Eggs, Inc. Subdivision - Filing #2
The facts of this filing are essentially the same as the First Filing,
except this being accepted in 1967.
My recommendation for the Second Filing is as follows:
Accept, Johnson Lane as a 60 foot wide gravel street, and Lowell
Lane as a 40 foot wide gravel street, for maintenance and add them to
our Weld County Road System. Each street being 1/2 mile long for a
total of 1 mile. Also the County should blade and crown said streets
and do some shoulder work for drainage purposes along with setting
necessary street signs at which time said streets should be put on a
routine maintenance schedule. Also Weld County Road 4 should be maintained
routinely.
The record should reflect that Broadway and Delaware Streets, as shown on
the //plat, does not exist at this tine and is not accepted.
