NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION AND PLAN FOR DISSOLUTION
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there was filed with the District Court in and
for Weld County, Colorado, a Petition and Plan for Dissolution of the Severance Park and
Recreation Districts Nos. 1 & 2 (the "Districts"), located within the boundaries of the Town of
Severance, County of Weld, Colorado and related documents for the dissolution of the Districts.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Court has set a hearing on the question of
dissolution, which hearing is to be held on the 23rd day of December, 2010 at 8:30 a.m., at the
Weld County Courthouse, 901 Ninth Avenue, Greeley, Colorado.
The purpose of the Court hearing shall be to consider the sufficiency of the Petition for
Dissolution and the adequacy of the applicable plan for dissolution. There shall be no
continuation of the Districts' services. The Districts have no financial obligations or outstanding
bonds.
In accordance with the procedures set forth in Part 7, Article I, Title 32, C.R.S., any
interested party may appear and be heard on the sufficiency of the Petition for Dissolution or on
the adequacy of the applicable financial and services certificates.
