RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT#1742 FOR A
USE PERMITTED AS A USE BY RIGHT, ACCESSORY USE, OR USE BY SPECIAL
REVIEW IN THE COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL ZONE DISTRICTS (FLEA MARKET
AND SPORTS FIELDS) IN THE A(AGRICULTURAL)ZONE DISTRICT-YIA AND YING
LO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 18th day of
August, 2010, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the
application of Yia and Ying Lo, 9768 Meade Circle,Westminster, Colorado 80031,for a Site Specific
Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit#1742 for a Use Permitted as a Use by Right,
Accessory Use, or Use by Special Review in the Commercial and Industrial Zone Districts (flea
market and sports fields) in the A (Agricultural)Zone District on the following described real estate,
to-wit:
Lot B of Amended Recorded Exemption#4665; being
part of the SE1/4 of Section 24, Township 1 North,
Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, at said hearing, at the request of staff, the Board deemed it advisable to refer
the matter back to the Department of Planning Services, and
WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and
reviewed the request and, having been fully informed, finds that this request be approved and the
matter shall be referred back to the Department of Planning Services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, referred back to the
Department of Planning Services.
