Bond Release Application No. 5 (SL-5)
Dear Sir or Madam:
The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety will be conducting a bond release inspection of the
Keenesburg Strip Mine on April 22, 2010, at10:00 a.m. The purpose of the inspection will be to
evaluate reclamation at the site. Rule 3.03.2(2) of the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined
Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining requires that you be notified prior to the inspection, so that
you may attend the inspection. If you wish to attend the inspection, please come to the mine site on the
date above.
