RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, pursuant to law, the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, has been vested with the
responsibility of administering the affairs of Weld County,
Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it is apparent to the Board that there is
an urgent need for an interim county surveyor within Weld
County, and
WHEREAS, the Board is of the opinion that it would
be in the best interest of the County to have a person
knowledgeable relative to surveyors within the County, and
WHEREAS, the Board is satisfied that Mr. Jasper
Freese is a person with vast experience and ability in the
field of surveying.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Jasper
Freese be, and he hereby is appointed as Interim County
Surveyor to do what is necessary in the fulfillment of any
requirements having to do with the surveying and record
keeping at the direction of the County Engineer, and that
he serve at the pleasure of the Board.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the
7th day of January, A. D. , 1975.
