SUBJECT: AmUSR-625, AKA Energy Group, LLC Comments Memo
This memo is to serve as written evidence that the applicant has addressed the following items outlined in the
Public Works memos dated September 21, 2009 and December 14, 2009.
Preliminary Drainage Report: The applicant has provided a stamped, signed, and dated copy of their water
quality calculations and drainage plan. The water quality calculations and the drainage plan appear to be
acceptable to Public Works.
Traffic Study: No traffic study was required.
Geotechnical Report: No geotechnical report was required.
Access: Resolution Items 1-D through 1-F and development standard number 30 address the access issues
outlined in the September 21, 2009 memo.
• OUTSTANDING REQUIREMENTS:
The recessed entrance gate accommodating trucks and trailer traffic will be shown on the plat. The reason for
the recessed entrance gate is to keep trucks and trailers from being staged or parked on WCR 55.
Please add a note to the plat stating "Weld County shall not be responsible for the maintenance of drainage
related features."
Please note that an early grading permit will not be released. If more than 1 acre is to be disturbed, a
construction stormwater permit from CDPHE will be required prior to the release of the grading permit.
