A public hearing was conducted on August 18, 2010, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Douglas Rademacher, Chair
Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer, Pro-Tem - EXCUSED
Commissioner Sean P. Conway
Commissioner William F. Garcia
Commissioner David E. Long
Also present:

Planning Department representative, Chris Gathman
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated July 16, 2010, and duly published July 21, 2010,
in the Fort Lupton Press, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Yia and
Ying Lo, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit #1742 for a
Use Permitted as a Use by Right, Accessory Use, or Use by Special Review in the Commercial
and Industrial Zone Districts (flea market and sports fields) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District.
Bruce Barker, County Attorney, made this a matter of record.
Chris Gathman, Department of Planning Services, indicated the matter was continued
indefinitely at the Planning Commission hearing on August 3, 2010, therefore, he recommended
the matter be referred back to the Department of Planning Services.
No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
Commissioner Garcia moved to refer the request of Yia and Ying Lo for a Site Specific
Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit #1742 for a Use Permitted as a Use by
Right, Accessory Use, or Use by Special Review in the Commercial and Industrial Zone Districts
(flea market and sports fields) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, back to the Department of
Planning Services. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Conway, and it carried
unanimously. There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:05 a.m.
