RE: APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISION EXEMPTION NO. 85 - JESS AND IRENE BOND.
IT WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Co
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the

Colorado has reviewed the request of Jess and Irene Bond for an

o exemption from the definition of "subdivision" and "subdivided

land" in Section 30-29-101 (10) , CRS 1973, as amended, and Section
lE2-1 of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that Jess
and Irene Bond are owners of certain parcels of land located in
part of Section 9, Township 5 North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M. ,
Weld County, Colorado, being more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL I
The West Half of the East Half of the North-
west Quarter, Section 9, Township 5 North,
Range 64 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado.
PARCEL II
The East Half of the East Half of the North-
west Quarter of Section 9 , Township 5 North,
Range 64 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado.
Jess and Irene Bond desire to sell the extra set of improvements
because of problems with maintenance. The subdivision exemption
will tie the productive farmland together while dividing the
improvements parcel from the large agricultural unit. No new
lots will be created by this exemption.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the hereinabove described
parcels of land be, and hereby are, declared to be exempt from the
definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivided land" as set forth in
Section 30-29-101 (10) , CRS 1973, as amended, and Section 2-1 of the
Weld County Subdivision Regulations, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the resulting parcels
of land be, and hereby are, considered to be single lots.

The owners of the following described property have requested an
exemption from Section 2-1 of the Weld County Subdivision Regu-
lations adopted August 30, 1972, which defines the term subdivi-
sion:

The Planning Department has reviewed this request and recommends
that the request be approved for the following reasons:
