RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY
REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that William McAdams be reassigned from an
Alternate Citizen member to a Regular Citizen member on said board to replace John Miller,with a
term to expire November 1, 2010, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dan Freemont be appointed to said board as the
Division of Youth Services representative, with a term to expire November 1, 2011; and that Dalee
McIntosh be appointed as the School District representative,to replace Kristin Erwin,with a term to
expire November 1, 2010, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jennifer Hill be reappointed as a Law
Enforcement representative on said board, with a term to expire November 1, 2012, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reassign William McAdams, appoint Dan
Freemont and Dalee McIntosh, and reappoint Jennifer Hill to said board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that William McAdams be, and hereby is, reassigned to the Juvenile Community
Review Board, with a term to expire November 1, 2010.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Dan Freemont and Dalee McIntosh be,and
hereby are, appointed to said Board, with terms to expire November 1, 2011, and November 1,
2010, respectively.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Jennifer Hill be, and hereby is, reappointed
to said board, with a term to expire November 1, 2012.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
