Home My WebLink About20102668.tiff 937 RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE ASSIGNMENT OF TAX LIEN SALE CERTIFICATE TO A A AND S, INC.,AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS,the Board now is the owner of a certain Tax Lien Sale Certificate, a description of which is attached hereto as Exhibit"A"and made a part hereof,which is for the value of the taxes owed, and WHEREAS, the subject property is a parcel of land described as: GR 4021-C IMPS ONLY MH PT BLK 37-38 CLAYTON PARK MOBILE/MODULAR, 542 N 11 AV#14, #18, #39, and #40, GREELEY, COLORADO 80631; and GR SSI IMPS ONLY L1 SUB MOBILE/MODUALR 1001 D ST, GREELEY, COLORADO 80631, and WHEREAS, on October 29, 2010, A A and S, Inc., paid to the Treasurer the total sum off Five Hundred Ninety-Six and 33/100 Dollars($596.33)for the purchase of Tax Lien Sale Certificates No.2006/06994, No.2006/06995, No.2006/06987, No. 2006/06999, No.2006/07000 for the property listed and described on Exhibit "A," which amount represents the value of the taxes owed, plus delinquent interest; advertising fee(s); internet fee(s); rebilling fee(s); redemption interest; and an assignment fee as of October 29, 2010, and WHEREAS, the Board has the authority to assign the Tax Lien Sale Certificate in this manner pursuant to Section 39-11-120, C.R.S., effective October 29, 2010. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Weld County Treasurer be and hereby is directed to prepare Tax Lien Sale Certificate for the property listed on Exhibit "A" for assignment to A A and S, Inc.
