RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING AMENDED BYLAWS FOR WELD COUNTY
HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on November 28, 1994, the Board adopted the Bylaws for the Weld County
Human Services Committee, and
WHEREAS, at a meeting on April 14, 2010,the Board was presented with Amended Bylaws
for the Weld County Human Services Committee, at which time, the Board deemed it advisable to
continue the matter to April 21, 2010, and then to April 28, 2010, in order to conduct a work session
regarding the proposed amended bylaws, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado,that the Bylaws for the Weld County Human Services Committee be, and hereby
are, continued to April 28, 2010.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 21st day of April, A.D., 2010.
