1. Add to The plat shall be amended to delineate the following", number 1.M which reads as "The single
existing access to County Road 1 shall be delineated on the plat." (Department of Public Works)
2. Delete Condition of Approval#3
"The applicant must provide calculations for the required water quality capture feature to the
Department of Public Works. Written evidence of approval to be submitted to the Department of
Planning Services. (Department of Public Works)"
