Conway, William F. Garcia, Barbara Kirkmeyer, David E. The property consisted of 6 office buildings with a total of approximately 31,660 square feet. The six buildings and land where valued at $3,482,600 or approximately $110 per square foot. There were two other parcels included in the Bittersweet Square but had separate account numbers, R0054587 and R2287386 both office buildings value at approximately $115 per square foot. In 2008 the properties were replatted, Rec #3521894, into 8 pad sites with improvements and one common element parcels. The parcels were valued based on an allocation of the 2007 values.
