RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO NORTH COLORADO MEDICAL
CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the North Colorado Medical Center Board of
Trustees, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Brandon Houtchens be appointed to said board,
to replace Richard Boettcher, and that Ryan Mayeda be reappointed, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Brandon Houtchens to said board and
to reappoint Ryan Mayeda, with terms to expire January 14, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Brandon Houtchens be, and hereby is appointed to the North Colorado
Medical Center Board of Trustees, and that Ryan Mayeda be reappointed to said Board,with terms
to expire January 14, 2013.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 18th day of January, A.D., 2010.
