Good morning Chris ,
As per our conversation , attached please find my letter of support for Sue Maestaes to have a
40 dog kennel and a dog and cat grooming facility here in Aristocrat Ranchettes .
0nrealize that it is probably not a planning commission issue , but the neighbors east of Sue
d south of me leave a dog outside 24/7/ 365 who, of course out of boredom, barks 24/7/ 365 .
It would good if they were required to be responsible dog owners .

To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter in support of Sue Maestas being granted a permit for a Kennel up
to 40 dogs and an animal grooming facility north of and adjacent to Lamb Avenue and
east of CR 31 in Aristocrat Ranchettes.
I have been a neighbor of this facility since she moved in and have never felt that this was
detrimental to my well-being and to my property. There is no excess noise or traffic
involved.
I quite realize that it is not pertinent to this permit, but as a resident of Aristocrat
Ranchettes, I am more concerned about the weeds which are allowed to grow unfettered
and the dogs that are allowed run loose in the area.
Once again I am in support of Sue Maestas being allowed to have a small kennel and
dog/cat grooming business here.
