RE: Divider Box, Culvert, and Ditch Section in
Bluebell Avenue, Etherton Subdivision
Dear Sirs:
An application has been received by the Weld County Department of Planning Services for the
resubdivision of a 2.11 acre lot in the Etherton Subdivision, located southeast of Greeley,
Colorado. The application was submitted by A. Michael and Rosemary A. Vetrone. The
application is being considered as Case No. S-413.
Bluebell Avenue sits adjacent to the lot which is the subject of the resubdivision. A concrete
divider box, culvert, and ditch section are located within the right-of-way of Bluebell Avenue.
Enclosed is a copy of a map which shows the lot in question (marked "S-413") and the divider
box, culvert, and ditch section within the right-of-way of Bluebell Avenue. That portion of the
Avenue needs to be widened and upgraded with gravel to provide access to the lot after it is
divided. As a result, the divider box, culvert, and ditch section will need to be relocated in order
to accommodate the extended use of Bluebell Avenue.
Weld County respectfully requests that your company relocate the concrete divider box, culvert,
and ditch section which are located within Bluebell Avenue and which are shown on the
enclosed map. Specifically, these structures must be located outside of the road right-of-way.
The County asks that you respond as soon as possible to inform us as to when this work may
occur.
