GRAHAM AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS,the Board now is the owner of certain Tax Lien Sale Certificates,the information concerning which is attached hereto as Exhibit"A"and made a part hereof,which is for the value of the 2008 taxes, and WHEREAS, the subject property consists of various parcels located throughout Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, on August 31, 2010, Penny Priscilla A. Graham paid to the Weld County Treasurer a total of Two Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-One and 42/100 Dollars($2,681.42),which represents the value of the 2008 tax base plus the following amounts: delinquent interest from May 1, 2009, through November 2, 2009; an advertising fee; an internet fee; a rebilling fee; redemption interest from November 2, 2009,through August 31, 2010; and an assignment fee,and WHEREAS,the Board has the authority to assign the Certificates in this manner pursuant to Section 39-11-120, C.R.S., effective August 31, 2010. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Weld County Treasurer be and hereby is directed to prepare a Tax Lien Sale Certificate for the property listed on Exhibit "A" for assignment to Penny Priscilla A. Graham. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized to sign said assignments and any other associated necessary documentation to affect said assignments. IC .
